As you progress through each breathing activity, remind participants that it’s 100% normal for thoughts and distractions to pop up. If this happens, simply redirect focus to the breath. Working through this unit, will help participants of all ages practice looking inward, develop a sense of self- awareness and cultivate a compassionate acceptance for him/herself exactly as they are.
