Rather than waiting for the world to change, we can choose to integrate key strategies to live in a way that is consistent to building inner and outer peace.
If we want to live in a more just and peaceful world, we must work to embody that in ourselves. We must be the change.
Distribute the Mindful Living Checklist to each participant. Ask them to reflect on the list of present moment tools and identify which ones they can cultivate ore consistently in their daily life. Once participants have completed the activity, ask them to share why using the chosen tool ill help them become mindfulness ambassadors for a more caring and compassionate world.
Identify those tools which you could use more consistently and think of ways to incorporate them into daily life.
